Brusco opens his doors

With a lot of joy share the news that BRUSCO begins to open his doors and to receive to his first inhabitants.

For us in IXOU east is a moment special. Because further of the ending of an edifice, what begins now is the most important: the daily life inside a project that imagine, project and build during years.

Brusco did not be only like a set of houses. From the start think it like an urban ecosystem, where distinct forms to inhabit the city could coexist in a same place.

A project of house promoted, that allows to access to units with fiscal profits, but that at the same time elevates the experience to live in the centre of Montevideo, combining scale, design and a strong bet by the urban life.

Today this concept begins to materialise .

The first families are receiving his units, and with this the edifice begins to actuate . The project leaves to be an idea to turn a real community.

In low plant, BRUSCO will add 6 gastronomic venues with proposals that will look for to generate movement, meeting and activity during all day, no only for those who live in the edifice, but also for those who transitan the zone.

In parallel, the gymnasium Smart Fit already operates like a new point of welfare and coaching, integrated to the daily dynamics of the project.

The tower of offices, managed by Synergy, contributes a layer more to this mix of uses: work, house and services coexisting in a same place, with logic of compact city.

And under all this, the four levels of parking resolve a key infrastructure so that this operation was possible in urban scale.
