Synergy puts in Brusco way

Synergy incorporates to BRUSCO and will assume the operation of the tower of offices situated on the street Ejido. The alliance integrates the model of spaces of flexible work to one of the urban projects more ambitious of IXOU in the Centre of Montevideo.

Brusco combines house, offices, gastronomy, welfare and public space in a near investment to the USD 60 millions. His corporate tower will have near of 7.000 m²: roughly 5.000 m² of offices and a series of areas shared, among them meeting rooms, spaces for events, playroom and rooftop. The edifice was conceived with international standards of efficiency and certification READ.

The adjoining location to Synergy Ejido will allow to link both headquarters and generate operative efficiencies. The aim is to receive to some 1.000 people in the new tower and add to the companies installed there to a net that already gathers eight locaciones, more than 200 organisations and a community of more than 4.000 people.

The proposal answers to the growth of the model flex office or space ace to service. In place to manage multiple providers and allocate resources to the daily operation of an office, the companies access to spaces instrumented and integral services of reception, security, cleansing, maintenance and technology.

The arrival of Synergy strengthens the central idea of BRUSCO: create an active urban ecosystem, able to gather distinct forms to live, work and find in a strategic apple of Montevideo.
