Ramón

RAMÓN is a corporate and commercial project designed by Estudio Seis. Located in Punta Carretas, it was conceived to offer AAA offices and commercial premises within one of the most consolidated and visible sectors of Montevideo.

The proposal responds to a transformation in the way of understanding professional spaces. Contemporary offices must be efficient, flexible and able to accompany different work structures, but they must also provide identity, well-being and an appropriate experience for teams, clients and visitors.

RAMÓN seeks to integrate these needs through architecture with a defined character and spaces prepared for organizations that value both the functional quality and the image of their headquarters. Its status as a AAA office building implies special attention to infrastructure, circulation, security, environmental comfort and the ability to adapt the interiors to different corporate implementations.

The incorporation of commercial premises expands the program and favors a more active relationship with the street. These spaces will be able to provide services and movement to the environment, preventing the building from being limited to normal office hours.

Estudio Seis participates in both the design and technical development and execution of residential and corporate projects in Montevideo. This local experience allows us to work with the specific conditions of the terrain, the regulations, the climate and the dynamics of the neighborhood, integrating the architectural vision with constructive feasibility.

RAMÓN is still in development and does not have a complete official publication on footage, number of floors, office configuration or amenities. Its current definition allows it to be presented as a new generation corporate project: a professional address in Punta Carretas where architecture, functionality and urban presence combine to create high-standard work spaces.
