Céfiro

CÉFIRO is a residential project designed by Estudio Seis and located in the area around Puerto del Buceo, above Iturriaga. The proposal brings together eleven residences of exclusive scale and seeks to take advantage of one of the most developed and dynamic coastal areas of Montevideo.

The project is located near the port, the promenade, the Yacht Club, the World Trade Center, Montevideo Shopping and the wide gastronomic offer of Buceo. This location allows us to combine the tranquility of a residential environment with the proximity of services, offices, sports spaces and connections to different parts of the city.

The connecting units include apartments with two, three and four bedrooms. The low number of residences allows for the development of a more private experience and a more direct relationship between each home, natural light and exterior expansions.

Estudio Seis' architecture is based on a precise understanding of the Montevideo residential market and the specific conditions of the place. CÉFIRO seeks to translate that experience into functional distributions, spacious environments and materials capable of maintaining their quality over time.

The announced program includes a rooftop, barbecue pit, swimming pool and gym. These common spaces expand the possibilities of use of the building and accompany different routines without transforming the project into a massive-scale complex.

The name CÉFIRO refers to a soft wind and functions as a reference to the proximity of the river, the coastal breeze and the relationship of the building with the exterior spaces. This connection with the landscape is part of the identity of the project and its intention to offer a bright, open residential experience linked to the environment.

CÉFIRO proposes a low-density alternative in Puerto del Buceo: eleven contemporary homes, well connected and accompanied by carefully selected services. It is a project designed for those seeking privacy, comfort and proximity to the sea within one of the new residential and corporate centers of Montevideo.
