A new step in our commitment to more responsible and sustainable development.

IXOU has submitted its Communication on Progress (CoP) to the United Nations Global Compact, reaffirming our commitment to the initiative’s Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The CoP is the Global Compact’s primary accountability mechanism. It enables companies to report their progress in areas such as human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption, while identifying opportunities for improvement and setting new goals.

For IXOU, preparing this report meant much more than completing a document. It was an opportunity to look inward, organize our practices, recognize the progress we are already making and identify the areas where there is still work ahead.

The priorities we defined for our continued progress include environmental stewardship and corruption prevention—two areas we consider essential to strengthening both our management and the way we do business.

This first report is a milestone in IXOU’s sustainability journey and, at the same time, a starting point for continuing to measure, improve and communicate our progress transparently.

Because we believe that developing the city also means taking responsibility for the impact we create.
